Hello all, Here's part two! This is from a newspaper from Dickenson Co, VA in the 1890's. As was part one. Part II deals primarily with the VANOVERS. John P. VANOVER, of Freeling, this county, is very feeble. He is about 84 yrs. old and has lived on his present homestead for 40 years. John P. VANOVER, of Freeling, this county, died a few days since, at the advanced age of 84 years. Mr. VANOVER was a pioneer settler of this section, and came originally from N.C. Henry VANOVER, of Johnson Co., KY, is here on business relative to the settlement of the estate of his father, who died in the early fall. Clintwood, VA, Nov. 21* - Mrs. Cornelius VANAVER, of Osborn's Gap, this county, died on yesterday after a lingering illness. She has been afflicted with consumption for some years, and for several months past she had been confined to the sick-room.
