Can anyone help? I need to look-up the 1860 Census for Wise Co. to find out who the neighbors of Jacob Blair and Jacob Hutchins were....I believe this will be the only way I can find out in which area of the county they were in. They are listed with a C.H.P.O. address in which I understand could be 1 of 5 different places.....probably ??? Hollow, Post Office".... Thanks for any help! Maybe I can return the favor sometime....I am the Listowner for a place that often comes up with Appalachian settlers, that is Lewis Co. Washington. John Blair
