I suspect it was a mail drop from the train. How about the location of Cooper town or Lipp's district (1850 or 1860 Wise Ct census). I am researching Blevins, Ramey, Hall. I saw a muster list from 1774 listing Daniel Blevins (Lord Dunmore's war against the Indians, Herbert's Company).
