Dear Tim, No, it's High Knob above Norton. The lake is still intact at Jenkins, but I'm not sure if there is still a power house. The large old brick building with the tall, round chimney has been torn down and replaced by a charming city park and stage. Vaguely remember the Dipsy Doodle. Do you remember the Steak 'n Shake in Norton?
