Dear Cousins, I have found a couple sites you all may find of interest. They are about my 2nd Greatuncle, "Dock" Moran Lee Boggs. There is an area that shows a biography and also information about his banjo playing/writing. The addresses are pretty long, but I think they're worth the trouble: http://www.cdnow.com/cgi- bin/mserver/SID=1639294123/pagename=/RP/CDN/FIND/album.html/ArtistID=FRN- BOGGS*D and http://www.metrotimes.com/music/rr/18/28/rr18_28dockboggs.html This last address was a review of Country Blues: Complete Early Recordings (1927-1929) and showed a listing of personnel (for the album) as: Dock Boggs -vocals and banjo Hub Mahaffey - guitar Hayes Shepherd - banjo and vocals Bill Shepherd - fiddle and vocals I don't know if the other musicians are familiar to this post, but probably somebody out there will either remember them or know of them. Sure hope this is as interesting to the list as it was to me and my family when I stumbled upon it while "surfing" the net one day!! Wishing you all a Blessed New Year! Diana Boggs Mullens
