William H. Wampler. William Alexander was a Methodist minister as shown on marriage records performed by him. William Alexander Edwards died May 12, 1902, from a mine accident at Toms Creek, Virginia; Luemma died August 25, 1909, both are buried in the Edwards Cemetery, Hearld, Wise County, Virginia. They stand for George McTeer. I found him in school in the 1895 census of Lipps District of Wise County, Va. at the age of 18 and the parents listed Sarah GIBSON (Widow).
