Hello Beverly, John Ramey, Jr. (born abt 1850 VA son of ????) married Helen M. Blevins (b about 1846, daughter of Linkhorn and Sarah (Belcher) Blevins in Scott Co, VA.) in 1856 Letcher Co, KY. John and Helen raised their family in Scott Co, VA. Helen Blevins was probably raised in Wise Co, VA. Does my John Ramey look familiar?
