Hi Researchers, Thanks for the info on the school records for Wise County, and the offer of the 1895 records. I may return to that later since I have been graciously given a portion of the data in it that I am currently interested in. My real interest remains in those Pilkenton children that attended Wise County schools in the 1907-1915 time frame. I will contact the Historical Society to see which year, other than 1895, that they know is documented. I remain pleasantly surprised at the degree of willingnes of the folk on this site to assist with look-ups, general info, etc. You are very kind Hugh.
