I have all the data on Thomas STAPLETON b. 11 Dec 1689 Christ Church, Middlesex, VA (son of Thomas and Frances Needles STAPLETON) md 1718 to Margaret WILLIAMSON (dau. of Robert & Catherine Lewis WILLIAMSON) etc; and I have both of their families back at least 1 or 2 generations. I have tried and tried to get hold of some data that would prove that my Elizabeth Lambert STAPLETON'S father Thomas STAPLETON (b. abt 1719-d. 1771 Loudoun Co., VA) was the son of this Thomas STAPLETON. My Thomas STAPLETON (d.1771 Loudoun Co., VA) I believe married his wife Elizabeth LAMBERT (dau. of Thomas LAMBERT d.1747 in Westmoreland Co., VA & Joan SOUTH, dau. of George & Isabell SOUTH) in Westmoreland Co., VA but I don't have any evidence of where they were married. So far I haven't proven i who were the parents of my Thomas STAPLETON (d.1771 Loudoun Co., VA). Do you have any data that could help me? Any help would be appreciated.
