Looking for information on Thomas Mozingo b 1788 d ? who is possibly my ggg grandfather. I think he was born in Richmond County and moved from there sometime between 1820 and 1830 according to the Census information. His son Charles (my great great grandfather)was born in 1814 or 15 probably in Richmond and later married in Allegheny County in 1836 to Rebecca Hoilman. Birth records or wills from Richmond or Westermoreland would probably be of tremendous help. They seem to at least be the first Mozingo's in Westmoreland County and the name is super rare that it should not be too difficult given these time frames.
