My BOICOURT family was wandering around Westmoreland and Rockingham Counties from 1774 until 1800. So far, I haven't found hard proof of this other than a marriage license between Ann Marg. BOICOURT and Jonathan YOUNT which took place in Rockingham County in 1790. The BOICOURT children, according to family bibles and family histories, were born in Westmoreland County starting in 1774. Again, no hard proof. BOICOURT, I am sure, has been changed from the original French spelling, and perhaps thats the reason I can't find them. However, the above marriage, which is documented, uses our current spelling of BOICOURT. Any help out there? Hugs and Happy Holiday Jean
