Reuben Bullard appears on record in Westmoreland Co as assisting in furnishing food for the army during the Revolution. In 1776 he was on a jury, trying several persons for treason, and allowed to keep an ordinary "for the space of 1 year" in 1779.He offered a "good iron chest" for sale in 1781,and is listed as living in Leedstown. By 1787 he was living in Fredericksburg, where he married Fannie Davis, and died in 1787. They had several children, and I know much of his descendants, but can find no Bullards before Reuben. Is anyone researching Bullards in Westmorland county, or does anyone recognize my Reuben? He was married , before Fannie, to another (could her name be Woolfolk?), and had a daughter named Lucinda by his first wife. Does anyone sound famililar? Sandra
