According to census records and obit, James F. Han's first child John Campbell Han shows as born in VA. It seems that shortly after John's birth his father moved the family to Fayette Co, IL. Elizabeth Surber's father was John Surber who married Salina Edmondson on 12 Jun 1827 in Washington Co, VA. It is noted that James and Elizabeth Surber Han named a daughter Salina Jane Han in honor of her maternal grandmother. Any help with the above marriage lookup greatly appreciated.
