Hand married Margaret C. Berry on August 27, 1851 in Johnson County, Tennessee. Here is Thomas and Margaret in the 1860 census. 1860>VIRGINIA>Washington Co.>Western Dist.>P.O. Forks 958/919 Thomas Hann 27 Framer Va. Margaret 30 Housekeeper Va. James 13 Va. Lucinda 8 Va. Mary 6 Va. Eliza 2 Va. William 1 Va. The census taker recorded Thomas' name as Hann instead of Hand. Margaret aappears to have died before 1870 and Thomas moved to Hawkins County, Tennessee some time after her death. I am looking for any information that would indentify Thomas' family/parents.
