Alfred Phipps b.abt.1812,m. Mary Jones? b.abt.1810 children 1-Elizabeth Phipps b.abt.1832 2-Catherine Phipps b.abt.1846 3-Elijah Phipps b.abt.1848 4-Margaret Phipps b.abt.1854 There may have been other children. This family would not be in the 1860 Washington Co census. This Elizabeth Phipps married John Prater b.abt.1836. I think he is the son of Carrington Prater. Thanks, Mary Brown
