Davis born possibly between 1858-1860. I don't know who their parents were but I did see a James R.Davis in the 1860 Washington Co.,Va. census his wife was Elizabeth and they had 4 children one of ehom was a 3 month old named Alexander. I was wondering if this same family had another son in the 1870 census named Martin Van Buren Davis (Martin was also called MARK,MART,or MATT.) Any info. would be appreciated Thank you for your help.
