Burnett. Was a dwarf,member of Odd fellows,Mason, substite mail carrier, smallest person to serve Uncle Sam and owned a general merchandise store on West State St. extension. I found out all of this in a newspaper article dated 3/20/1908.Said he was a resident of Bristol. Va. or Tn.?? Would like to know more about this man.He was born 28 sept 1873,Carroll Co.,Va. Moved with family to near Bristol in 1884. Employed J.B. Dunn farm, Clover Forest, Invested in store at Shankles Mill. Member of Mason Lodge 93,at Benhams, Va. Would like more info - Married? Children? Any pictures of this successful man?? Any ideas where to look for more info? Bristol, Va. or Tn.??
