The 1900 census of Wa. Co. VA. has Charley Nunley & Harriat F. born Oct. 1852 & Feb. 1852 respectively. They had son Lonnie b. Dec 1882, dau. Josie b. Nov. 1884 & dau. Maud b. Dec. 1886. The 1880 census has another dau. Cora L. b. abt. 1878. In the 1870 census you will find Charley age 18 living with his parents Alexander & Mary A. Nunley & 6 other siblings. Sister of same age might be a twin Laura A.. Just so happens that they live right next door to my direct line Richard Osborn & Sarah Nunley. I believe that Alexander is the uncle to my Richard. Let me know if any of this helps because I could go on for a while on this. Oh, the reason I believe this is your Charles is because most people just went by Charles & he is listed as Charley twice, once at home & once on his own.
