My research has shown that this is a mult-race family and sometimes they even share the same names. Also, Ester and Hester are mother daughter however sometimes Ester is spelled Hester and Hester is spelled Ester. Ester CALLOWAY is also listed as Hester CALVER. From my research these two names are actually the same person. I don't know yet if Frank LOCKETT and Flora are related to these LOCKETTS. But, once again, they share the same names. There is a Flora BROWN but she didn't marry Frank, she married a WILLIAM. Info needed: William BROWN b.1888 in Ohio. (married to Flora LOCKET (LOCKETTE) b.1882 or 1885 in Meadowview, Washington, VA) Amanda BROWN b. apx 1840 Saltville, Washington, Va Joseph CALVER or CALLOWAY b.apx 1840 Washington County VA Amanda and Joseph are the parents of Ester (Hester) CALVER/CALLOWAY I don't know if it possible to find history on these people because it is pre-1865. However, they could be Mulatto or White as well. If anyone can offer any info, please post. This one is such a maze.
