Jackson, b. c1811, Russell Co. VA, s/o Wm. Jackson & Mary Hunt. Milly Hunt was a d/o Wm. Hunt; Lewis Walden was a s/o Richard Walden and Martha "Patty" Davenport. Alfred Preston Jackson was one of their children and brother to my Mary Jackson m. Jonathan McNew. They all lived in the Lindell area of Washington Co. VA (NE section). George MANSFIELD Jackson was a s/o Alfred Preston Jackson. Several of the siblings of Alfred and Mary died during the Civil War. These are all my mother's ancestors. Jack Hockett/Collegeville, PA
