Do you have any informaiton on Elisha McNew who, I believe, was a revolutionary war soldier and the father of Margaret "Petty" McNew who married John Davenport? I am trying to track down a marriage date for John and Margaret and am having little or no luck! Marriage should have been about 1816. Can you help?
