My 4th grandfather was Thomas Taylor and he married Elizabeth Miller, Elizabeth was living in Washington County, Va. in 1780s, daughter of David and Martha Harris Wylie Miller from Mecklenburg County, NC between 1785-91. Thomas had a brother named Joshua and their father was named Jacob Taylor. I believe my Thomas to have been born abt. 1760-70, maybe in Orange County, VA., but have no proof at this time. I saw a Jacob Taylor listed in the deeds section and he could be Thomas's father by the dates given. Any information you could share with me would be greatly appreciated.
