    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Author: oldbrewer Surnames: Taylor. Miller, Wylie Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.virginia.counties.washington/423.4/mb.ashx Message Board Post: These Taylor names are the same as my Taylor family. My 4th g-grandfather's name was Thomas (Frank) Taylor and he had a brother named Joshua. Their father was Jacob Taylor. Thomas Married Elizabeth Miller, daughter of David and Martha Harris Wylie Miller. Both of them died in Blount County, TN, 1811 and 1818. I do not have any proof of Thomas's birth date but some put it as 1748, but I think it would be more realistic to be 1760-1770. The family names used were, Thomas, Walter, Isaac, Monroe, John, Andrew, David, Amanda, Henry and Elizabeth. If any of this could fit your family please let me know?
