One Tree entry, paired with son David Blessing's (b. 18 Jun 1802) entry states that Jacob was married to an Elizabeth (b. ~1761), no children, BEFORE he was married to Elizabeth MESSERSMITH (b. ~1765), m. 1783, Wythe Co, VA. Elizabeth x 2 were both born in Botetourt Co, VA. I wonder if the first Elizabeth was a KITTS, John Kitts' dau and Peter Kitts' sis? (An Elizabeth Kitts Blessing died 1825, Wythe Co, VA.)
