Carmen, Can you tell me who your Jasper Bailey or Luther Bailey is descended from? Our BAILEYs descend from James Allen Bailey (1817-1887) whose parents were James and Catherine Bailey and show up in Washington Co. VA as early as 1820 on the census. There were several BAILEY families - Do these names ring any bells?
