    3. Thanks Bob, I firmly believe that my Rachel Whitaker is the d/o Moses but she is not listed in his will. Moses has an unknown daughter listed in the 1830 census which Whitaker researchers have decided died at a young age because she is gone by 1840. My Rachel Whitaker m. abt. 1838/9 so would not be in his household in 1840. Add to that, Moses' wife is Rachel Bentley. It would make sense that they named one of their daughters Rachel. Rachel Whitaker and Campbell Johnston named 3 of their daughters the same names as 3 of Moses Whitaker's daughters, which IF I am correct, would be Rachel's siblings (Lydia, Julina & Eliza). And one of the sons has the same name as one of Moses' sons. Lydia is rare enough for the time but Julina, spelled exactly the same, is very rare. The coincidences are too great to ignore. But actual proof seems to be illusive. I was hoping you might have a clue due to your original post. Thanks for your help. Always appreciated.
