Seeking info regarding circumstances or cause of death for the children of Josesh Straus Price (1853-1910) and Susan Dorcas Duncan Price (1853-1914). To my knowledge, this couple had six boys, four are curious to me..... Ransom Price, b. 1878, d. 1909, buried Perdue Cem. He married Mary Hagy. After his death, his oldest son was taken in by his wife's brother and Ransom's youngest son was raised by his brother, John Price. What happened to Mary? Did she die as well? Roy Price, b. 1881, d. 1911, buried Perdue Cem. Joseph Price willed everything to Roy and Susan, and Roy's share would go to the brothers upon his death. This makes me believe Roy was disabled in some way.... Edward 'Eddy' Price, b. 1889, d. 1917, Perdue Cem. He married Florence Poole of Glade Spring. They had a boy, Bordy. IF he joined the army, he must have died Stateside. Florence and Bordy are found in Glade Spring in 1920, living with her father Wiley Poole. After this, I've found no record.
