Stoffel isn't my main line of research but I do have a little. So far as I know, Henry and Christina did not leave once they came to Washington County except maybe a couple of miles. As you may know, Bristol is split right down the middle with Washington County, Va., on one side and Sullivan County, Tenn. on the other. Are you searching for anything other than Henry and Christiana? Most, but not all, of the Stoffels seem to have settled on the Tennessee side.
