Both lived in Sullivan Co, TN and Washington Co, VA. Rettie, daughter of JAMES & LUCY WILLIAMS had the following sibs; J.H., T.H., ROY, MOLLIE ODELL, Mrs. J.E. SMITH and two others according to the 1900 census. Rettie, Lucy and T.H. are buried in Chilhowie, VA.
