Stephen Lyon was the brother of Jacob Lyon who married Margaret's sister, Mary Ann Snodgrass, (4/15/1795--7/9/1851). Jacob and Mary Ann were my great, great grandparents. I have their 1818 Bible and pictures of their first home--a log cabin in Saltville, Va. built in 1818. I have a Samual Duff in my database as married to a Dicey Eakin 9/23/1828. But that's all I have about them, so mine must be a different Duff family. This one i recall went to Tennessee. Jane G.
