Hi List I am researching my fifth great grandfather James Parkins/Perkins born 1750-55 in Virginia County unknown,married Elizabeth Bonderant about 1768 it's listed as Washington County before 1777 I believe it was Fincastle.Where can I find marriage records from that time.
