I am wondering if my John and Claiborn are brothers. I keep going back to the 1810 1820 census and it seems that John and Claibourn are in the same age range ,(to 45).That would seem to make Claibourn just a few years older than my John. If Claiborn was a member of the militia in the early 1800's,he might have been rather old if he was the father of john.(born abt 1777-1780.) What to you think? I am aware others have suggested they are father/son. I really do not know what to thnk. What is your source of information? Claiborn seems to have disappeared after he sells all his land to John.
