I have an ancestor named Susan Ferguson. She was the daughter of Andrew J. Ferguson and Elizabeth Gray of Claiborne co, Tn. (Later Hancock co, Tn.) Susan married Richard McConkey about 1850. and they migrated to Monroe co, Tn. I followed her through several census and apparently Richard died or left her, as he was not on any census records later. I will look up my notes and post later.
