They are buried in the Scott-Campbell Addiution to Sinking Spring Cemetery in Abingdon, VA. This cemetery is associated with Sinking Spring Presbyterian Church. I found no reference to the Ketchum Cemetery you mentioned. I will look at the maps closer to see if I can find it listed under another name.
