Nineveh is in Warren County. Prior to the creation of Warren (March 1836), it was in Frederick County. There were many Quakers in the early days of Nineveh. Just in case... Newtown is now Stephens City, VA in Frederick County. It was also known as Stephensburg. In the book "Hopewell Friends History, 1734-1934, Frederick County, Virginia" on page 497, in a list of "Disownments at Hopewell" is " 6[day] 9[month] 1762 Elenor Brownfield (formerly Archer)[person disowned] Married contrary to discipline [reason for disownment]" Perhaps this is a daughter of your Jeremiah ARCHER?????
