My brother was at the Warren County Library in Front Royal this afternoon doing some research for me and he was advised that most of the Warren County records, including birth, death, marriage transcriptions, are housed in the archives at the Handley Library in Winchester. They told him that the Handley Library holds the records for much of the Shenandoah Valley region . Does anyone have any insight on this? The Handley Library website seems to verify this information. Is there anyplace else - other than the Warren Co. Library and the Handley Library - that we should be looking?
