Hi Warren County researchers, I'm researching BEATTY & COOK in Warren Co. My grandmother, Roberta Ellen Beatty (b 1882) was born to William A. BEATTY (B@1838 Warren Co) and Nancy COOK. I have no information on Nancy Cook. Is anyone else researching these families? Sincerely, Lynnie lsager@shentel.net
I'm looking for a Simpson family that lived in Frederick County in 1830. They are listed in the census as living in the Eastern District of Frederick County. My assumption, which could be wrong, is that the Eastern District became either Warren or Clarke County. His name is Thomas K Simpson. He married Lenah or Sinah Bailey in 1827, then married Sophia Claggett in 1831. Thomas was born somewhere in VA around 1799, but I don't know where. Thanks, Rick
