If anyone has access to the marriage records of Tazewell would you check to see if there is a marriage record for a Harvey G. Spratt born about 1856 or so marrying a Sarah V Seelock/Sealock born about 1873 in 1898. It was Harvey G Spratt's second marriage. Thank you Marge in Minnesota.
