This is my direct family line. My gggrandparents are buried there (James and Mollie Lowe) as well as my other family members. My great uncle has a baby brother buried there (Carl David Lowe). As a direct family member what can I/we do? My great uncle lives in Bluefield and has been forwarded a copy of the notice. Obviously the owner has not made a good faith effort to contact next of kin.
