I don't have any informstion on the cemetery, but I am researching Belchers from Tazewell & Buchanan Counties. The line I am researching is: Will Belcher (m Charlotte Taylor) son of General Lee Belcher (m Nancy Jane Lee) son of George C Belcher (m Matilda Lester) son of Samuel H Belcher (m Nancy Maddax) son of John Belcher (m Mary Monk) son of Jesse Belcher (m Elizabeth Roberts) I haven't proved all of this myself yet, & the oldest generations are based mainly on information I found in books, or got from other researchers. I live in NJ (this is my late husband's family), & it's not easy for me to get to VA to do courthouse research. If you are researching these lines, I'd like to exchange information with you.
