    3. Hello Cathy! IF you ever get someone to reply to your Dillion query I too, am interested. I trace my lineage from Rebecca P Dillion and Lewis W Belcher. They were living in central Mercer County during the War for southern Independence and until their deaths in the 1890's here in Mercer County. I have all their children and know where three of them are buried. I've been up against a brick wall since I found them several years ago. Hope this is of some help to you and your Dillion research! glenn belcher Cathy Brubaker wrote: >Does anyone know the parents of these Dillions? 3. Hi, Don't know how much help this will be, but according to "Archives of the Pioneers of Tazewell County": Samuel Dillion married Polly Rhinehart 29 March 1818 (1st marriage?) There is also a marriage between Elizabeth Dillion and Jesse Belsher, Dec 25, 1818. Could this have been an Aunt??? It appears that they lived in that portion of Tazewell County that became Giles County. You might find something there. Your best bet is probably to search for wills. Happy Hunting!
