Robert and others, According to Annals of Tazewell County by J. N. Harman, the first Peerys came to Tazewell in 1773. The Thomas you mention died in Augusta in 1762/63.George was born in Augusta County and died in Tazewell County. I have seen the name spelled: Peery, Perry, Perie, Peary. Guess it depended on who was doing the spelling. LOL! Sheila ----- Original Message ----- From: "Robert L. Does anyone have any knowledge about siblings and other children of the Thomas Perry/Peery/Perie who died in Augusta County 1762/63? Is there any data indicating any of that family went to Henry County, VA? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Don And Sheila" <hein.ma@gte.net> To: <VATAZEWE-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Tuesday, October 26, 2004 10:59 PM Subject: Re: [VA-TAZEWELL] Re: first Peery in Tazewell > Robert and others, > According to Annals of Tazewell County by J.
