In the stuff I have here at home, I only see one listing for Winchester: Winchester, Arthur, New Kent County, page 9 Of the Virginia State Land Office, Patents no. 11, 1719 - 1724, found on the Libraray of Virginia microfilm no. 10 for that county. I did see a listing in Brunswick Co. for a : Winnister, Thomas; Brunswick Co. Court Order book 3 pag 62 ( August 1746 Court). Could be a possible misspelling but I am not realy sure.
