Benjamin Bilbro decd., Thomas Sorsby, Samuel Sorsby, Stephen Sorsby, George Judkins, and Walter Spratley Defts. By consent of parties and with the assent of the court this cause came on this day to be heard on the Bill answer and exhibits filed therein and was argued by counsel whereupon it is adjudged ordered and decreed, that John Bartle, Henry Bailey, Thomas Ellis sen: and Edward S Holt or any three of them after giving thirty days previous public notice of the time and place of Such Sale, do proceed to sell to the highest bidder on credit of nine months except as to the sum of twenty dollars (to be used in defraying the costs of this suit) all the Lands and slaves that were allotted to Rebecca Sorsby now deceased, the widow of Stephen Sorsby, decd. as and for her dower in the said Stephen Sorsby estate: and divide the proceeds in the following manner and in the following proportions and allot the same accordingly, that is to say, one eighth of the Land and slaves to Archibald Davis, One eighth of the Land and slaves to David Booth in right of his wife Susanna, one eighth of the Land and slaves to Thomas Sorsby, One eighth of the Land and slaves to George Judkins and Walter Spratley in right of Samuel Sorsby, One eighth of the Land and slaves to Stephen Sorsby, One eighth of the Land and slaves to David Booth adm. of Benjamin Bilbro decd., One eighth of the Land and slaves to Patsey Harrison, One eighth of the slaves to Thomas Bilbro, One eighth of the sale of the Land to Wilie Davis and Nancy B.
