Hall researchers have, for years, been trying to find connection between Isaac Hall and Instant Hall (Charles City, Prince George Counties...especially Bristol Parish.) Isaac and wife Judith (Green) lived in Surry ca 1716-38. His will was probated in Surry, August 19, 1730 (Southwark Parish). Judith remarried and has long been thought to have married an "Early". I believe this might be correctly an "Emerley". Lewis Hall, son of Isaac and Judith, is the ancestor of a long line of Halls (VA-NC-GA) making Appling County, Georgia home (late 1700s/ 2003), many carrying the Instant Hall name. These folks are well documented, but Isaac and Judith are my concern. Any clues or suggestions as to Southwark Parish records, and related families of Green, Lockett, Grigg andEmerley in nearby counties would be greatly , greatly appreciated.
