for posterity... Robert Savidge signed his will in Surry Co, VA 17 March 1697/98. He names his wife, Mary and sons, Charles and Lovelis. The will was probated 3 May 1698. (their may have been a son named Robert by a different wife but if so, he is not mentioned in this will) Charles Savidge made his will in 1713 and was deceased by 17 September 1713. He had a wife Elizabeth, but no issue who had obtained their majority. Charles names Lovelis as his brother in his will. Davis Lovelis Savidge who died in Surry in 1729 names his sons as Lovelis and Robert; a grandson Charles, he mentions his wife but does not name her.
