I remember reading something like that. I'll try to find the source in my notes. As to my supposed ancestor or brother of my ancestor, I find him fascinating, yes, but I don't consider him a hero figure. After all, he is credited for bringing the English to Ireland en force, though they would have gotten there eventually anyway. I would never have been born, nor would America had been formed, if Cromwell hadnt' done his dirty deeds a few centuries later. -Mark Quoting VASURRY-D-request@rootsweb.com: > Return-Path: <VASURRY-D-request@rootsweb.com> > Delivered-To: mmurphy@our-town.com > Received: (qmail 27351 invoked from network); 19 Sep 2003 12:04:08 > -0000 > Received: from unknown (HELO votis.our-town.com) (206.64.104.18) > by otis.our-town.com with SMTP; 19 Sep 2003 12:04:08 -0000 > Received: (qmail 15169 invoked by uid 506); 19 Sep 2003 12:04:08 -0000 > Received: from VASURRY-D-request@rootsweb.com by votis.our-town.com with > qmail-scanner-0.94 (uvscan: v4.1.20/v4106. .
