Mr. John Hoe [Hooe?], Col. Tho's Lee. 4 Mar. 1726. According to the Kemper Family Genealogy, John Peter and Herman [probably also Harmon] Kemper/Camper were sons of John Kemper and his wife Ailsey (or Alice) Utterback, dau. of Harman Utterback. Does anyone on this list have information as to the probable birthdates of these brothers? One commentator of this area of Virginia believes the sons were underage.
