Concerning Nora and Agnes: Is it conceivable she is one and the same person? I suspect so. My great-grandfather had a housefull of girls--he even trained them to handle horses because he was short of sons. Anyway, the nice fellow left a journal, but do you think I can sort out who is who because of the nicknames? He gave each female in the household a nickname, including his wife (Toby when her name was Zilpa). Even my cousin, who was born in his home, doesn't know to whom the journal entry refers. My brother, when he began to talk, had trouble pronouncing my name, so my family had him call me Sister. That name stuck for many years!!! I hope I don't show up in the 1930 census as Sister!
