Dear Stafford Co. listers, This URL should be among your favorites (or bookmarks) http://www.antientpress.com There are listed many publications of abstracted (transcribed) records of Stafford Co. from the earliest times--deeds, wills, court orders. Also there are many publications of other Northern Neck Counties as well as Albemarle Co. These books are rather costly, but the quality is unsurpassed. Those of us familiar with the work done by Sam (recently deceased) and Ruth Sparacio greatly desire these books. Contrary to publications of other authors, these records are almost (if not totally) verbatim transcriptions of the original records. They are highly desirable. I have been able to make many family connections using the various books of The Antient Press. I get no sales commission--and I am not a book-seller--just an aged amateur genealogist with many Northern Neck colonial ancestors. E.W.Wallace
